Friends meet on the third Tuesday of every month in the lounge of "The Ivy Bush Hotel",

7:00 for 7:15pm.
Monthly - first Wednesday - Silent Reflections for members - at 2:00 to 3:00pm. We invite members to join us for
monthly Silent Reflections in the building and outside in the adjoining open spaces on the first Wednesday of each month,
you are welcome to join in a time of silence - Quietness begins as you enter the gate of Llangiwg
- you are welcome to join in and be silent between 2.00 and 3.00pm on the 1st Wednesday of the

Sunday April 7th at 2.00pm. A poetry
afternoon to celebrate the life and work of local poet, Ceinwen Proctor. All are welcome and those interested in reading
their own work should give their names to Carole Hopkin at the church from 1.30. on the day. Refreshments will be provided.

Bring your family and friends
Events are held to attract as many poeple as possible to use Llangiwg to bring
together people that have an interest in Llangiwg to appreciate this building and it's history . In this way its future
will be secured. Support this venture by becoming a member of the 'Friends of Llangiwg'.
An
extraordinary amount of functions and events have taken place both at and for Llangiwg. Every year, at Easter we organise
an Easter Egg Hunt and on the last Sunday in June, we celebrate St Clwg’s birthday with a family picnic. At Halloween
we organise spooky stories and sup on pumpkin soup and at the end of each year, Mari Lwyd entertains us.
We organise
storytelling events with local primary schools also photographic, arts and crafts and heritage exhibitions all helping to
publicise Llangiwg.
To reflect community views there is a suggestion box in the church and feedback is important to enable
us to learn from past experiences and improve for the future.
